• Order details: the products, sizes, colors and quantities you chose, and the total.
• Payment details: card information is sent over an encrypted connection and checked before an order is placed. We do not keep full card numbers on our own systems.
• Messages: anything you send through the contact form, by email or by telephone.
• Technical data: the browser storage the site uses to keep your bag and wishlist.

2. How we use it

We use your information to take and ship orders, send order and tracking notices, handle returns and refunds, answer your questions, prevent fraud and meet our tax and accounting duties. We send no marketing messages unless you ask.

Personal information will not be shared with Third Parties.

The site uses cookies and browser storage to keep your bag and wishlist and to keep checkout working. These sit in your browser rather than in an account. Clearing them through your browser settings also empties your bag.

Every page of the site, including checkout, is served over HTTPS. Access to order records is limited to staff who need them to fill orders or answer customer care requests.
